The Staffing and Student Engagement team is responsible for making Night Owl part-time staff and crew call a priority through creating a memorable experience. The team creates special events and maintains respectful leadership to appreciate all the hard work they do. On event day, we support Crew Call to make sure they are prepared with all the information needed to make the event run smoothly. As a team we recruit new staff members by participating in Kennesaw State’s student orientations, job fairs, and campus-wide activities. We engage with other organizations and clubs on the Kennesaw and Marietta campus to not only recruit amazing students but show Night Owl’s support.

Favorite Part about Night Owl: Night Owl offers so many opportunities. My favorite part has to be the staff and all the new people I meet every day. The team is so supportive and always willing to help. “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.” –Andrew Carnegie
